Description: The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The service requested is in support of the Center for Amy Leadership (CAL), Leadership Research, Assessment and Doctrin e Division (LRADD). The period of performance is for a one year period and one optional period. The support, in broad context, provides consulting and survey services to support the mission of LRADD in leadership research, specifically on the measurement of deep learning and critical thinking. Tasks include but are not limited to development and des cription of deep learning and critical thinking processes and strategies; review and assessment of candidate measures for deep learning and critical thinking; plan and evaluate measurements; and documentation of findings. Option 1 addresses the need for f ollow-on research.
