Description: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to award a sole source contract to the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics (IPAM) at the University of California, Los Angeles. The contract will provide for NGA's portion of an impartial forum for interchange between the federal government and the nationals scientific and technical community to do advanced reseach on exploitation of geospatial intelligence data. The period of performance will be a base year and one option year. See Note 22.
