- Description
- NAICS Code: 541620 Title: "Climate Change Science Program Synthesis Assessment Product 4.6: Analysis of the Effects of Global Change on Human Health and Welfare and Human Systems." Response Date: 2:00 p.m. on September 1, 2006 Eastern Standard Time (Washington, D.C.) THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT A RFQ Notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedure to Frances Sussman, Ph. SAP 4.6 addresses the human response to global change in three distinct, but related areas: (1) human health, (2) human welfare, and (3) human settlements. Dr. Sussman has had extensive experience as an economist in the field of global climate change and public policy analysis. This is not a request for quotation.
