Description: The Government intends to procure commercially available detonation cords and assemblies from McCormick Selph, Hollister, CA. This requirement consists of the following components: Shielded Mild Detonating Cord 8-ea PN13288512-1, 8-ea PN13288512-2, a nd 8-ea PN13288512-5, Warhead Separation Charge 8-ea PN13365934, Thrust Termination Assembly 4-ea PN13288623, Manifold 8-ea PN823625-1, and Witness Cap 4-ea PN810483-1. These detonation cords and assemblies will be used in the fabrication of Telemetry-Flig ht Termination Systems and will be built from a existing and proven drawing package which specifies the type of detonation cords and assemblies to be used; they will be performing the critical function of terminating missile flight in event of failures. No other manufacturer can provide these detonation cords and assemblies without performing non-recurring engineering and environmental qualification, only McCormick Selph and no other source will satisfy agency requirements.
