Description

Radio-Pharmaceuticals to be provided to the James J. Peters, Bronx VA Medical Center. The requirement is to provide Radio-Pharmaceuticals Products from 10/1/2006 through September 30, 2011. Items shall be delivered on a _AS NEEDED_ basis only. Delivery must be by 8:00AM Monday through Friday, 1 additional morning delivery if needed (2nd run) at no charge, 2 afternoon deliveries when needed, at no charge, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am until 5:00pm. Requests for solicitation packages must be made in writing on company letterhead to Joshua Ross, Network Acquisitions and Logistics (NAL), 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468, or via e-mail to: Joshua.Ross@med.va.gov. The solicitation package(s) are due by September15, 2006 on or before 10:30 AM Eastern Standard time at the James J.
