Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-0209. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect t hrough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia 30905-5650, has a requirement for TWO EVIS EXCERA CV-180 VIDE O PROCESSOR WITH MICROPROCESSOR; TWO DIGITAL FILE VIDEO CABLE; TWO 10FT DIGITAL FILE REMOTE CABLE; INCLUDE 2 OPERATING MANUALS TO INCLUDE SCHEMATICS. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. The supplies shall be delivered to Eisenhower Army Medical Center, ATTN: Ms. Brackita Washington, Bldg 300, Fort Gordon, GA, 30905-5650.
