Description

The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ intends to negotiate and award a contract with Post & Associates, 292 M Street SW, Washington, DC, on an other than full and open competition basis. This contract is to provide training for Senior Leade rship.  Developing the Entrepreneurial Mind Set. Interested parties may submit technical literature showing there capability of meeting the Governments requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by t he Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
