The Pine Bluff Contracting Division, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001 Provide all hardware items for the existing video/audio components currently installed rack to insure connections compatible to upgraded control sys tem with those inside of the existing component equipment rack. To include: clean-up of all existing cables, connectors, and providing any extra hardware and floor boxes for Commanders Conference Room. Part#s ITBNC BNC Connections for Video; ITRCA RC A Audio; and ITMINI MINI for audio, or equal; Quantity 1 ea. Item 0002 Creston C 2 ENET 1 Card, Part# ITCREC2ENETCARD or equal that implements or plugs into the existing control processor for connection to the control system remotely at other des ignated base offices. Includes software programming; Quantity 1 ea. Item 0003 Software, Part# ITROOMVIEW 5.0 or equal to be loaded and programmed for monitoring the status of the equipment in the Commanders Conference Room and providing trouble shoo ting capabilities; Quantity 1ea. Includes: Loading existing Crestron RoomView software Version 5.0 with IT Dept at PBA; Setting all components in the Commanders Conference Room; Listing and programming all components to RoomView; Setting up the control bu s for the control system. Item 0004 Hardware/Software Combination, Part# ITECONTROL2 and TCRESNET ECONTROL2 software or equal to allow remote off base assistance and trouble shooting real time with the connection and permission from the Pine Bluff Arsen al end only. Provide CRESNET, or equal, a special custom cable needed to connect to the existing control cable system; Quantity 1 ea. Item 0005 Provide Video Conferencing Codec or Box for the connection via phone lines to place Video Conferencing Call s from Pine Bluff Arsenal to another location with the ability to talk, see and hear the people at the other end of the line. To be controlled by the new control system and allow for a site to site call. Including: Part# ITTAN113724 or equal and Tandber g Portable 3000 MXP or equal; Quantity 1 ea. ITEM 0006 Hardware/Software combination that consists of the hardware card to be installed into the Codec or Box and with loaded software will allow for clear image and greater sound quality when making a cal l to other sites for video conferences. Includes: ITTAN1138582; and, Tandberg Portable 3000 MXP ISDN/2 Mbps IP option. Quantity 1 ea. Item 0007 Provide one year Off-Site Core Service for replacement of equipment thru authorized Tandberg Dealer. Par t# ITTAN113724-V31D-1yr or equal. Quantity: 1 each. Item 0008 Touchpanel controller-12 Crestronl for control from lectern with Interactive display connects into existing Crestron System with new support cards for viewing support cards for viewing sele ctions video with new programming. Must be able to control the components in the existing control system. Must include Over-write capabilities on the lectern and Executive Assistants touch panels. Part# ITCRETSYS or equal. Quantity: 1 ea. Item 0009 Service to Re-program old and new equipment in the entire system, Part# ITPROGRAM or equal; Quantity: 1 ea. Item 0010 Installation of New Hardware and Software for compatibility with existing hardware to include set up of equipment and providing on-sit e training. Quantity: 1 Ea. Item 0011 Provide one year maintenance with travel, parts and labor for equipment as listed on attached equipment inventory. Both Preventative Maintenance (PM) and as-needed maintenance to ensure limit interruption and down time. Required Response Time: Phone response of less than 4 hours during regula r business day and on-site response of no more than 12 hours during regular business day. Provide loaner equipment when extended repair time is anticipated. Acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside.
