Description

Anticipated Issue Date: 8/14/2006. Anticipated Closing Date: 9/14/2006. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System has a requirement for maintenance and repair services to include preventive maintenance inspections (includes telephone and on-site service) for the VA Biloxi, MS, Outpatient Clinics in Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL as listed. The various Fuji equipment and locations are identified in the RFQ. Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, transportation, supervision, and parts necessary to provide this service. The performance will be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 and two (2) one-year options. The NAICS code is 811219 and the business size standard is $6.5 million. The acquisition is being issued as Unrestricted. The RFQ is available on www.fedbizopps.gov under Department of Veterans Affairs. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Request for paper copies must be in writing and faxed to (228)523-4324 attention: Melanie Hawley or emailed to Melanie.Hawley@med.va.gov. All requests must include the RFQ number, requestor's name, address, phone, fax number, and an e-mail address. By submitting a quotation, the quoter acknowledges the Government requirement to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award of any contract or purchase order. Information about CCR registration may be found at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
