Description

This is an announcement from the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) prior to the issuance of a solicitation. The MEDVAMC hereby announces its intention to solicit a firm-fixed price contract with a qualified and responsible contractor who shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and supervision to deliver preventive maintenance, diagnostic and/or corrective services to the government-owned CVX-300 Excimer Laser System, SR: 79815 located at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77030. The contract will comprise of one base year plus three (3) one year options for renewal. This solicitation is assigned reference number 580-03-07 and is unrestricted. The NAICS code 811219 and its small business size standard of 6.5 million dollars apply to this solicitation. This solicitation will be posted and available for download on August 18, 2006 from http://fedbizopps.gov/. Offer will be due back in the issuing office before/on September 8, 2006, 11AM (U.S. Central Time). Faxed or emailed offers are not acceptable.
