Description

This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation. This amendment answers questions and provides a schedule of items for the pricing format: QUESTION 1.) With reference to solicitation # 1010423-06 - Study Data Tabulation Model/HL7 Version 3 Extensible Markup Language (XML) Standardization - the question we have is with respect to how would the agency like pricing to be submitted? There is no reference to the format you require. RESPONSE/SCHEDULE OF ITEMS TO BE PRICED: The contractor is responsible to complete all of the tasks and provide all deliverables listed in the statement of work of this combined synopsis solicitation. Offerors shall provide pricing for the complete effort for each of the following deliverables/tasks: 1001 - Deliverable 1: Data mapping between RCRIM and BRIGD domain analysis models and HL7 RIM. 1002 - Deliverable 2: Formal message specification for HL7 v3 standard (draft and final versions of ballot and schema). 1003 - Deliverable 3: Implementation guide and tutorial material. 1004 - Deliverable 4: Presentation to of the specification to stakeholders, FDA and interested HL7 committees. 1005 -Deliverable 5: Lead specification through committee and membership ballots, ballot reconciliations, and specification versioning. QUESTION 2.) We would also ask is there a current incumbent? There is no incumbent for this requirement. QUESTION 3.) What is the expected level of effort required to complete the work. It is under the simplified acquisition threshold. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-AUG-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
