Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price order. Solicitation 6ME6H201 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is a sole source to LeCroy, 700 Chestnut Ridge Road, Chestnut Ridge, NY, 10977. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This sole source procurement is for LeCroy hardware and software upgrades. Contract Line Item 0001: Model SDA 4020, 4 GHz Serial Data Analyzer, quantity one (1) each; Item 0002: Model SDA-VL 32 Mpts/16Mpts Memory Option, quantity one (1) each; Item 0003: Model GPIB-1 IEEE 488 GPIB Interface, quantity one (1) each; Item 0004: Model XDEV Advanced Custom Pack Software, quantity one (1) each; Model AP-1M 1MOhm Adapter for WM, quantity four (4) each; Item 0005: Model SDA-W5 five (5) year warranty wavemaster, quantity one (1) each.
