Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511. The reference number for this Request for Quote (RFQ) is Solicitation # HM157506T0012. NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The requirement is for the following items: Automated Conflation Service (ACS) ? Northrop Grumman's Licenses ? Quantity -8 each Licenses to include one-year software maintenance support. This Brand Name Software, ACS, is ESRI-based flow and conflates all feature types to the feature and attributes levels, and maintains history of the original data sources required for this agency. The proposed contract action is for licenses in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman. Delivery information: 4 licenses to ship to NGA St Louis, 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold MO 63010-6238 (MS L-007); and 4 licenses to NGA Bethesda, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 (MS D-019). FOB Destination. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government.
