Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number TIRNO-06-Q-00175. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 5-05. The North American Industry Classified System is 334220. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), has a requirement to upgrade existing television studio recording equipment in the audio booth and master control rooms from analog equipment to digital equipment at the New Carrolton Federal Building (NCFB) in Lanham, MD. Technical factors are the primary basis for award of this requirement; however cost/price becomes the more important determinative selection factor. Equipment must be brand name or compatible to the equipment listed in this synopsis/solicitation. The government shall select the offeror who provides the best value to the Government. The Equipment is as follows: 1.) Encore Softpanel License: licenses should be floating and shall not be required to install softpanel application on a PC, up to 127 softpanels capability supported by the Encore software version 1.6.5 or later panel server; 2.) Clarity custom Evertz #2430GDAC GDAC cards 4 each; n 3.) Clarity Model # SN46201080V 46? LCD Bay Cat Monitor w/ DVI-D, S-Videom 3x RCA, in quantity of 4 each; 4.) Multi-output display processor #3000MVPPMX134G in quantity of 2 each, and Octal (8) auto-sensing SD-SDI/Composite Analog #3000MVPOVSN in quantity of 2 each; 5) Ross-S3070 Extended Tallies (Extends to 37-72) in quantity of 2 each; 6) Ross S3005 Mnemonics controller board set in quantity of 2 each; 7) Ross-S3305 Mnemonics for MLE 3 in quantity of 2 each; 8) Ross S3505 Mnemonics for customer control buttons in quantity of 2 each; 9) Sony CA-D50 SDI Camera Adaptor in the quantity of 2 each; 10) Sony CCU-D50 Camera control unit in the quantity of 1 each; 11) Leader LV5750 Portable multi SDI monitor w/ Anto bauer battery adapter and AC power supply in the quantity of 1 each; 12) Videotek RCU-100 remote control for DPA-100 in the quantity of 2 each; 13) Videotek-DRT-2 rackmount tray in the quantity of 1 each; 14) Wohler ?RM2440 Quad 4? 2U LCD Monitor 4:3 in quantity of 1 each; 15) Ergotron ?desk mount LCD VESA arm #PN28171200 in the quantity of 4 each; 16) Clear com ?GN250 MIC gooseneck 25CM/1 in the quantity of 14 each; These items will be shipped to: IRS, TV Studio BO-109 CL:C:CT, 500 Ellin Road, Lanham, MD 20706. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and apply to this solicitation FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
