Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a building automation system installation contractor to furnish all material, equipment, labor, tools, transportation, and supervision to perform replacement of existing monument environmental monitoring system and installation of new monitoring system with temperature, humidity, and crack propagation sensors, Direct Digital Control (DDC), data acquisition software, connection to existing fiber optic network and other related electrical related installation. The NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard is $13.0 million. Estimated price range of this project is less than $100,000. Project performance time is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be scheduled (date and time will be provided in the bid package). The solicitation with specifications and drawings will be posted to the websites http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 26, 2006.
