Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commerical Item acquisition for the purchase of Floway Brand Vertical Turbine Water Lube Pump and parts. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 423830 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about August 10, 2006, and the date and time of receipt of quotes will be on or about August 21, 2006 at 4 p.m. local time, however all dates in this announcement are subject to change. The solicitation is an RFQ and will be available at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the web site after August 10, 2006 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award. The CCR Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http//www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes must be submitted electronically.
