Description
CONTACT Roger Louisaire, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-0334. This is a Market Survey to replenish a 24Vdc Rotary Pump Unit. This Rotary Pump Unit has a CECOM p/n of 5035875-3 with a NSN: 4320-01-259-0796. Its next higher assembly would be the Hydra ulic Component Assembly (HCA) MX-10213/G and the end item is the Mast Group, Hydraulic-Pneumatic OA-9054 (V) 4/G. The HCA provides hydraulic fluid to raise and lower the mast. Rotary Pump Unit: Voltage Rating; 24 Vdc; Motor Rating; 3/4 horsepower; Motor Sp eed; 3600 rpm; Displacement (cyclic); 0.036 cubic inches. Rotary Pump Unit is used in OA-9054(V)/4 in support of the patriot missile system. OA-9054 spares include Cylinder Assembly, Linear direct Valve, Antenna Support, Pneumatic Component Assembly and Hydraulic Component Assembly. These items are critical as th ey are a part of the OA-9054(V)4/G, which directly supports the Patriot Missile System. The United States C-E LCMC Acquisition Center intends to acquire this item under a 5-year IDIQ-Type Contract. For the Basic Year a quantity of 50 will be required and f or the out going years a range quantity of 1- 25 & 26-50 should be expected. The procurement will be full and open competition. Suppliers shall be capable to manufacture the Rotary Pump Unit in accordance with Part No.5035875-3, a Level III Drawing package is available. The previous producer was Matrix Research, Inc. Fort Myers, Fl. The response must include what capabilities the supplier has, such as manufacturing, testing, and provide references from previous contracts. Successful supplier may be require d to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
