Description

This is to procure 600 40MM Laser Filter Units for use on the Sniper Rifle and the M24 Sniper Rifle Weapon Systems with an 200 percent option. Estimated first lost delivery date is 200 per month. FOB Destination. The requirement for 40MM Laser Fil ter is Classified at the Secret Level. Any bidder that does not have the proper security clearance will not be considered for contract award. In addition, any bidder that has the proper security clearance but did not request the classified LFU code drawi ng will not be considered for contract award. FOREIGN DISCLOSURE UK and CANADA. This solicitation will be isued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (a) (7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishings an ele ctronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be electronically and any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therfor incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Fail ure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render you bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
