Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The service requested is in support of the Center for Amy Leadership (CAL), Leadership Research, Assessment and Doctrin e Division (LRADD). The period of performance is for one year with two optional periods. The support, in broad context, relates to providing consulting and survey services to support the mission of LRADD in leadership assessment and research. The contrac tor will be required to update the previous leadership assessment survey, identify additional or replacement issues, determine the set of issues to include in the new survey, design the survey collection, assist in preparation of web-based survey, develop sampling plan for the survey, support the administration of survey using appropriate data collection methods and assist the government in the development and management of the survey database, analyze and document findings, conduct secondary source collect ion and analysis. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration for the NAICS, SIC and PSC codes listed below at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. The Product Service Code (PSC) code for this project is R702; N AICS code is 541612, SIC code is 8472.
