Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is F3Z0416195A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11 and Defense DCN 20060711. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The business size standard is $23,000,000. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7032. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7372. This request for quotation consists of the following items or equal. Item 0001: Qty 1 EA, Test Generator Web Software for a test data base in which user can create, administer, track and control all elements of course testing, TG Web Direct purchase 50 concurrent users, Version TG 2.4.10 Release R041223, installed. Designed to work on network. Allows up to 50 users to access simultaneously for testing. Allows authorized persons to test at their work stations vice going to a centralized testing location. Includes tools to aid with set up, administration, and control of test process: locking screens so testers can have only one screen open during testing; establishing passing score criteria; creating diplomas for those who pass; tracking scores; working with Active Directory to allow access only to authorized users; providing establishing office total administrative control; and randomizing test question sequences to prevent cheating. Item 0002: Qty 1 EA, One year maintenance: phone support, expedited email, and TG updates/patches. Item 0003: Qty 1 EA, Training on operation of TG Web: three, one hour sessions. Item 0004: Qty 1 EA, Active directory: lighweight directory access protocol to enable and manage TG Web user authentication and security. Additional Notes: Quotes must remain valid through 30 September 2006. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
