Description

Non personnel service for Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment,materials,supervision, transportation and all other necessary items and services necessary to perform Annual Pumping and Cleaning, Quarterly Pumping, and Emergency Pumping for 12 Oil/Water Separators Tanks located at Langley Air Force Base, Va from 1 Oct 06 to 30 Sep 07. The Basis for Award: Reference 52.232-19. (Availability of Funds for the next Fiscal Year) The government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors, listed in descending order of importance shall be used to evaluate offers. a. lowest price b. technically acceptable: (see note 1) Note 1: The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to that responsible offeror submitting a technically acceptable proposal (in accordance with the Statement of Work) with the lowest evaluated estimated price. The solicitation opening date is set for 11 Aug 06. This project will result in a single award, firm fixed priced contract. NAICS code is 561219. The size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. All potential offerors must be registered in CCR (Central Contract Registration) The GPE may be accessed via the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available.
