Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The solicitation will NOT be issued in accordance with the policies and procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. FAR Part 15, Contracting By Negotiation, procedures will be used. The solicitation, and any subsequent amendments, will be issued via the FedBizOps Electronic Posting Systems or about 9 August 2006. Do not use the listed contact information, i.e. email address, or telephone numbers, to request copies of the solicitation. To register to receive additional notifications concerning this requirement and the solicitation itself, please hit the "Register to Receive Notification" button at the bottom on this notice. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: HSCG23-06-R-MMC212.
