Provide necessary labor and materials to check operation of all elevators during first 4 days of 5 day SMART beginning 2 October and ending 5 October 2006, and rectify any deficiency in equipment operation. 2. Provide necessary labor and materials to replace defective No.10 elevator motor (aft) and reduction gear VVVF motor (rebuild or new) and modified controller for smooth operation. 3. Vessel is available for 4 days from 2 through 5 October 2006 to complete work 4. Vessel location for work is Naval Station San Diego, VA (Pier 1 or 2 TBD) and vessel will depart 6 October 2006.
