- NOTICE OF INTENT The 37th Contracting Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base intends to award a sole source contract to Access Technology, for the acquisition of purchasing CCTV System. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within three business days after date of publication of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal by close of business on Monday, 14 Aug 06, which will be considered by the agency. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
