Description

Project SGBP 06-0068 ? Repair Heat Pumps B364 & B365 at Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project is covered by a statement of work, which is available on this website. The work includes the furnishing of all labor; materials and equipment for the installation of approximately 360 fan blower motor rheostats to be installed in all ceiling mounted heat pumps throughout all dorm rooms in buildings 364 & 365 at Offutt AFB NE. The work is to be completed within 50 days after award of contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments are available in electronic format on this website. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in CCR will make bidder ineligible for award. Project Magnitude: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 NAICS Code 238220, SBA Size Standard $13.0 Million. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE 100% COMPETITIVE SMALL BUSINESS. A site visit will be conducted and a separate site visit notification will be posted when the information becomes available. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
