The curb mentioned is for the ducting on the roof. 23. On the 3rd paragraph it states a Vane Axial fan & 2ea draft gauges. Which of these is the correct one that they want? A- We want the Vane Axail fan with 2 gauges or equivalent with 2 gauges that can produce the 125 FPM. 24. Where do they want those 2 draft gauges? There will be one gauge on the clean air side and one on the dirty air side. 25. In the past while installing paint booths for the Air Force, a 100FPM was dictated by the Air Force. A- The reason we?re showing 125 is to allow for enough air movement through filters and change filters once 100 FPM is reached. 100 FPM is the minimum requirement. 26. What type of roof is there where the exhaust fan goes out. Is it a built-up or a standing seam metal roof (metal). If it is a standing seal metal roof, what is the pitch? If this has to do with the drying room, why don't we just connect the drying room to the paint booth? A- The drying booth can be connected to the main booth (that?s what the tunnel is), and we need a door to separate both areas. That?s why we have more than one exhaust stack. 45.
