Description

Pursuant to OBM Circular A-76, public notification was made on May 16, 2006, to announce a streamlined competitive study for the invoicing function, Office of Financial Management Division. ATF has completed a streamlined competition, for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On August 10, 2006 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer indicated the study was completed. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in house, performed by the Government Most Efficient Organization (MEO). Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
