Description

Construction of a Sewage Lift Station system for the Fort Thompson Community located on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation, Fort Thompson, SD. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to a Indian Owned Firm pursuant to the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Preference Clause in Employment and Subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract. Duration of this contract will be One Hundred Twenty Five Days (125) from the Notice to Proceed Date. Project magnitude is between $300,00.00 to $700,000.00. IFB 241-BI-2006-3551 will be available approximately 15 days after this publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for the solicitation package.
