Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division (DITCO-PL8231) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to MAX Software for annual software support and maintenance of the MAX MVS/UTIL software. This software provides continued license support of DISA operations for the period 01 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007. Award will be for a base, plus two option years. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
