Description

This annoucement is made on behalf of CH2MHILL under contract no. 263-M-00-05-00053-00. Point of contact is Pankaj C Patel, CH2M Hill, Cairo, Egypt, Tel: 20-2-795-0411, Fax: 20-2-795-9837. CH2M Hill invites bids from firms having professional experience, reputation, financial resources to supply laser and color printers for the WWSPR II project in Cairo, Egypt. The required equipment includes: workgroup laser printers (12), departmental laser (9), all-in-one printers (5), desktop laser (2) and portable inkjet color printners. All offered items must meet US Source and Origin requirements and be duly licensed for export and use outside the United States. The warranty support for all the supplied equipment must be provided by manufacturer?s authorized representative through a local office in Cairo, Egypt. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is available by sending an e-mail to: ppatel2@ch2m.com Subject: IFB 2006-06. Such requests for solicitation document (IFB) must be received by August 24, 2006. The e-mail request must include as an attachment a brief profile of the requesting company in English in Microsoft Word or PDF format (not more than 100 KB in size). The completed bid must be submitted latest by August 31, 2006. The anticipated award date is September 10, 2006 and the anticipated delivery of the equipment is September 30, 2006. The completed bid should be mailed as per instructions provided in section ?Submission of bids? under Part A: Instruction to bidders in the solicitation document.
