- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,740 rentable square feet yielding at least 7,600 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space in League City, Texas. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. The space should not be located within the 100 year flood plain. Client may not be located near residential areas, daycare center, and schools. The delineated area is as follows: North - Hwy 2094, South - Hwy 518, East - Hwy 146, and West - Hwy 270. Six (6) secure and secluded parking spaces is required as part of the lease for government vehicles. Twenty-Six (26) parking spaces shall be available for employees and visitors. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and must be ADA compliant. Secure office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced, and altered to Government specifications are required. Lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include 1) Building name and address to include the full nine (9) digit zip code, 2) Available square feet and rate per square foot, 3) Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, 4) Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet offered, and 5) Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property. This is neither a solicitation for offers nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this ad.
