THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TERM CONTRACT (TC). AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE THE SMALL BUSINESS AWARDED THE CONTRACT MUST MEET THE SIZE AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A SMALL BUSINESS AS SET FORTH BY THE SBA AND CLAUSES IN THIS CONTRACT AND MUST ALSO EITHER MANUFACTURE THE PRODUCT PROVIDED OR PROVIDE A PRODUCT OF ANOTHER SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER WHO MANUFACTURES THIS PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT MANUFACTURE YOUR OWN PRODUCT AND WISHES TO USE THE PRODUCT OF A LARGE MANUFACTURER, PLEASE PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE LARGE MANUFACTURER WITH YOUR OFFER.
