Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a solicitation to Renovate the Visitor Facility at the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, located in Harding Township, New Jersey. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation issue date is on or about August 21, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. All requests must be submitted in writing to the address above or FAX to (413) 253-8450. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. Any request for a solicitation package shall include the company name, address, telephone number, name of the point of contact, and shall be identified by the solicitation number and the title shown above. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Bid Bond, 20%; Payment Bond, 100%; Performance Bond, 100%. NAISC, 236220; SIC, 1542; Product and Service Code, Z139.
