Description

CHILLER MAINTENANCE SERVICE. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for maintenance service of Carrier chillers at the James A. Haley Veterans? Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. Period of performance 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007, plus two option years. Solicitation RFP 673-144-06, to be issued on or about 16 August 2006 with offers due 14 calendar days thereafter. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12, 13, and 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, size standard $6.5M. Evaluation criteria for award: lowest price offeror evidencing satisfactory past performance history and capability for providing services. All necessary solicitation documents will be available on the VA?s Business Opportunities System (BOS) website at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
