Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment and supplies necessary to perform work in strict compliance with the plans and specifications for Project 538-06-103, entitled "Remodel Dental Lab" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Work to be accomplished within 90 calendars days after Notice to Proceed, includes but is not limited to the following major items: Demolition and removal of existing structures and equipment. Furnish labor, material and equipment necessary to remodel part of the second floor of Building 31, Rooms 217 and 219. Includes but is not limited to architectural, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work, as shown on the project drawings and as specified. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 8/22/06. Hard copies will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Estimated cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Friday, September 8, 2006 at 10:00 am (local time) at the DVA Medical Center, Building 1, Room 121, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractors. NAICS 236220.
