Description: Any interested party with the necessary qualifications may submit a quote by COB (5pm) 08/16/2006. The Department of State seeks proposals for the services of a Fire Prevention professional to: provide review and recommendation of an exisiting plan, develop a Bill of Materials that the Department of State will then procure, and installation of those materials in a chancery building located within the US EMBASSY compound in ASMARA, ERITREA that currently exists as a concrete shell. Interested parties MUST possess current SECRET level facility clearances and SECRET clearances for all proposed workers. Please see attached statement of work for greater technical details. Selection Criteria: The Department anticipates a Best Value determination based on: Past performance on overseas projects, Price, Team Leader expertise, and deployment availability.
