- Description
- The Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to award a sole source contract for maintaining an existing Alarm Integration Software Package. The government intends to solicit and negotiate a contract with Security Information System, Inc, Orlando, FL. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). This synopsis is being published for information purposes only. Notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider any interest received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Contractors will be required to provide documentation that they are approved vendors of the software.
