Pumps must have variable speed motors. 1) The following technical question and response are hereby provided: Question: Line Item 0001, Specification H, What is meant by variable speed operation? Is that pumping speed or regeneration speed? Answer: What we meant was not variable speed pumping or regeneration. The pumps must have variable speed motors. The due date for quotations August 10, 2006, remains unchanged.
