Description: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source contract to The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) Mapping Sciences Committee (MSC), 500 5th Street, NW., Washington DC 20001. The contract will provide for NGA's portion of an impartial forum for interchange between the federal government and the nations scientific and technical community related to geospatial science and intelligence issues. The period of performance will be a base year and four option years. See Note 22.
