- The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Congressional Quarterly, Inc. of Washington, DC for continued access to CQ.com (www.cq.com) for legislative tracking and congressional news web service. The proposed award is for FY 2007. This is a ???Notice of Intent??? and not a request for competitive proposals. This acquisition is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties that feel they can provide these services may respond by submitting their capability statement, including prices, to the email address listed below. All submissions must be received within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this notice.
