Description

Vandenberg AFB, California intends to award a sole source contract to award a sole source contract to Motorola to furnish the following: CLIN0001: (300) each Motorola model NNTN4437, Impres Smart Ruggedized Nihn, FM, CLIN0002: (22) each Motorola model BDN6645, Headset Heavy Duty w/Noise Cancelling, CLIN0003: (22) each Motorola model BDN6673 Cable, Radio Adapter, HT1000, CLIN0004: (24) each Motorola model G95 Control Head Software, W7, CLIN0005: (13) each Motorola model NMN6191, Microphone Remote Speaker Noise Cancelling. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334220 with a business size standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a requiest for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
