- The Department of Veteran Affairs at VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System is seeking sources under NAICS Code 236220 that are classified as either: 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business OR 8(A) and Hubzone Business that have the bonding capacity and ability to construct a 7000 sq. ft. building extension for a project anticipated to fall within the $2M - $5M dollar range.
