Description: Contractor shall provide fresh Bread & Bakery products on an as-needed basis for the VA Medical Centers in the northern tier of VISN 23 located at Minneapolis, MN; St. Cloud, MN; Fargo, ND; Sioux Falls, SD; and Black Hills Health Care System with facilities at Ft. Mead and Hot Springs, SD. Contract period is October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with one (1) option year. FOB destination pricing is requested. Facilities will be organized into five Bid Groups and multiple awards may be made. However, each Bid Group will be awarded in the aggregate. Bid documents available on or about August 4, 2006. Offers are due August 28, 2006 at 4:30pm local time. The solicitation will be available for download at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ ONLY.
