- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: five RS-4000 tabletops with legs. This requirement is sole sourced to Newport Corporation, 1791 Deere Avenue, Irvine, CA 92606 based on unique capabilities. These tables are required to interface with existing RS-4000 tables. The tables are special optical tables and specially constructed for vibration damping. Any firms believing that they can provide the Newport RS-4000 optical tables, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship.
