Description

Original announcement for Solicitation Number W91278-06-R-0105, Regional Geographic Multiple Awards (MATOCs) Indefinite Delivery Type Contracts in Support of Military Construction in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee, published on 19 July 2 006, is hereby changed as follows: (1) W91278-06-R-0105, Regional Geographic Multiple Awards (MATOCs) Indefinite Delivery Type Contracts in Support of Military Construction in the South Atlantic Division (SAD) Continental United States (CONUS) Area of Re sponsibility. (2) The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, design, and other items necessary to perform general military construction projects primarily in AL, FL, MS and TN, however may also include GA, SC and NC. (3) The Government contemplates award of up to thirty six (36) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts resulting from this solicitation, all of which will include a base year and four one-year options as follows: up to Twenty Four (24) Unrestricted Awards, up to Six (6) Competitive SBA Region IV 8(a) Awards, and up to Six (6) Competitive 8(a) Awards restricted to 8(a) Firms located in the State of Florida. (4) IDIQ MATOC Pools consisting of up to six Unrestricted contractor s per pool, will be anchored at each of the four following areas: (1) Mobile North Region, (2) Gulf Coast (Eglin AFB, FL), (3) Gulf Coast Region, and (4) Central/South FL. A Geographic 8(a) Region IV Restricted IDIQ MATOC Pool consisting of up to six Region IV 8(a) contractors, will be established to support: (5) Mobile North Region. Finally, a Geographic Florida 8(a) Restricted IDIQ MATOC Pool, consisting of up to six 8(a) Florida IDIQ contractors, will be anchored at: (6) Gulf Coast-Eglin AFB, FL.
