Description

The Southern Region Contracting Center-East, Fort McPherson, GA intends to procure for a Sole Source basis from Oxford Instruments Inc., 130 A Baker Avenue Ext. Concord, MA 01742, annual maintenance support for a Oxford Model number ISIS300/SEM SILI SATW/WDX400, Serial No. 32676. Oxford Instrument Company is the only company that is authorized to maintain and repair the Spectroscopy System. This announcement is to serve as a Sole Source Solicitation for other offerors capable to provide, maintain, an d repair for this equipment. The North American Industry Classification System Code ids811219 with $6.0 million size standards. This contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. FOB Destination, Fort Gillem, GA shall apply. This announcement constit utes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for Quote Number W911SE-06-T-0044. All interested parties shall email Ms. Linda Carter at linda.carter@us.army.mil and indicate their intere st and capability to receive a Statement of Work. Quote is due 9 August 2006 no later than 12:00P.M. (Local Eastern Standard time) to: linda.carter@us.army.mil and anticipated award by 1 October 2006. In order to be eligible for award firms must be regis tered in the Central Contracting Registry (CCR). Quotes may obtain information on the registration in the CCR by via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment may not made payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database. This advertisement/RFQ is the only document that will be issued.
