Description

This is the solicitation for an unrestricted procurement to provide Airborne Surveillance Services (Full Motion Video) for the MNC-I, C-2 in Iraq. The presolicitation notice was posted on 14 Feb 2006. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced requirements contract.
