Description

The Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to award to the overall lowest bidder who can meet the required delivery schedule based on the attached solicitation package for fiber optics receivers/amplifiers, monitors, fiber optics, attenuators, power panel, demodulators, and accessories in accordance with the attached Solicitation HQ0028-06-R-0037, with acceptable past performance. This is for the equipment and accessories only. Shipment is to be made to the White House Communications Agency. Delivery is to be made no later than 8 SEP 2006 OR SOONER. Substitutes will not be accepted based on the attached Brand Name Justification. Award will be made to only one contractor. The Request for Proposal documents incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-10 dated 28 JUL 2006. This acquisition is Unrestricted. The NAICS for this acquisition is 334220; the small business threshold is 750. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and registered under ORCA (Representations & Certifications).
