Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4528-06-T-0003, with attachement 1 & 2 and is a Request for Quote. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 333921, and the size standard is 500 employees. Information concerning the contract line item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options), description of services, dates and place of delivery are included on the attached SF 1449. Applicable provisions and clauses are included in the attached SF 1449. Offerors must complete a copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and return it with their offer. Offerors must also complete the Price Schedule at Attachment 3 to the SF 1449 and return it with their offer. Offers are due NLT 16:30 Central, 25 Aug 06. The Government will evaluate offers based on price and price-related factors.
