Description

The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation plans to purchase 480 linear feet of 12 inch x 12 inch rubber marine fenders with galvanized steel mounting brackets and hardware, and an additional 100 linear feet of these fenders without the steel mounting brackets and hardware. Delivery is required by May 31, 2007. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded on or about September 22, 2006. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available for downloading from www.fedbizopps on August 15, 2006. Hard copies of the RFQ may be requested by fax to (315) 764-3268 or e-mail to Patricia.White@sls.dot.gov. The proposed procurement will be a total small business set-aside. All eligible and responsible small business sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation. Written quotations must be received by September 18, 2006. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database is mandatory for award. Register at www.ccr.gov. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The Department of Transportations (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
